As the Owner Chef of Jang Dok Dae Corp, I, Kay Ko, am passionate about bringing the vibrant flavors of Korean cuisine to our community. Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, my vision for Jang Dok Dae Corp took root, and it has been three years since we embarked on this culinary journey. Being Korean myself, I take immense pride in our food culture and am dedicated to promoting nutritious and healthy eating habits.


At Jang Dok Dae Corp, we prioritize the introduction of vegetables and fermented foods known for their beneficial properties, particularly for conditions such as diabetes and adult diseases. It is my belief that food should not only satisfy hunger but also nourish and heal the body. Through our dishes, I aim to create moments where people can fully immerse themselves in the rich and diverse taste of Korea.
